Tope Toogun FLPI, FCMI, FIC

Tope is a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute and the Chartered Management Institute as well as the Institute of Consulting both of UK. He regularly trains and speaks on strategy, critical thinking, coaching and mentoring, business acumen and commercial awareness, leadership development, employability and entrepreneurship skills development.
Tope is founder of Clarity Education in Johannesburg and is MD of Accelerated Learning Systems, a learning and development consultancy in Lagos. He would teach Element 1: Analyze Entrepreneurial and Market Potential, Element 2: Build the Business Idea and Element 5: Plan the Budget and Element 6: Create the Business Plan and Pitch. Tope would also facilitate and support the use of the ‘Apprentice’ in SimVenture – our computerized business simulation program – to hone the entrepreneurial skills of students.

Abiodun Jaji, BSc MSc

Biodun is a Cadbury Nigeria veteran – 25 straight years in marketing and sales rising to the position of Sales and Marketing Director, the fastest and youngest in the history of the company. He has been on numerous professional and leadership courses all over the world and on leaving Cadbury founded a leading full service packaged tour operator firm offering an array of interests and leisure experiences, the most exciting being transatlantic cruises. Biodun is also the Chairman of the IOD Tourism and Hospitality Committee and he serves on the board of a few organizations. Biodun will teach on Element 2: Build the Business Idea and Element 6: Create the Business Plan and Pitch.

Ola Oloke, BSc

Ola has a most accomplished career in sales in a demanding category like prescription & consumer pharmaceuticals becoming a Sales Director with responsibility for Anglophone West Africa.
He has numerous merit awards in sales management and benefited from a wide array of training and management development programs. Ola had remarkable involvements with major projects which include the consolidation of three factories into one involving construction, relocating of machinery and stock build-up to ensure uninterrupted supply – yielding another award to Ola as co-owner of the project. Ola will teach on Element 3: Plan the Marketing Approach and Element 4: Plan the Operations.

George E Thorpe, BSc MBA FNIM MIMC frpa

George has over 35 years of post-MBA management experience in marketing, business development and general management at local and international levels in industry, academia, consulting and training. He taught business-level strategy on the AMP, CEO and MBA programs at Lagos Business School and is a frequent speaker at marketing and advertising industry forums.
He is now a serial entrepreneur having founded and nurtured what is probably the largest network of marketing support service firms in Nigeria and West Africa. George will teach on Element 1: Analyze Entrepreneurial and Market Potential, Element 2: Build the Business Idea and Element 5: Plan the Budget, Element 6: Create the Business Plan and Pitch and Element 7: Venture Initiation.

Samuel Olayiwola FCA; ACTI; MSc

Sam, a Fellow of ICAN and CITN, has wide and varied experience in accountancy, audit, inspection and compliance and in treasury management over the last 35 years in the agricultural, banking, service and NGO sectors of the economy. His bottom up training and education in finance and accountancy and hands-on front line practice since bear fruits even in commercial, procurement and project management fields. Sam is a partner in his accountancy and audit firm and will teach on Element 5: Plan the Budget, Element 6: Create the Business Plan and Pitch and Element 7: Venture Initiation.

Matthew Eigbe BSc MBA

Matthew combines over 30 years of work experience in brands, sales and marketing management in a number of multinational companies in Nigeria with very broad teaching assignments covering market research & analysis, experiential marketing, creativity and innovation, industrial marketing and statistics and marketing strategy to MSc and MBA students of the School of Media Communications of the Pan Atlantic University Lagos, the Lagos State University and the Enugu State University of Technology.
Matthew who runs his own training firm and has many publications to his name would teach on Element 3: Develop the Marketing Approach and Element 6: Create the Business Plan and Pitch

Idorenyen Enang BSc MBA FCIM, FNIM

Idy, as he is fondly called, in 27 years has worked his way from being a Brand Manager to the level of Managing Director in various companies like Guinness, Coca Cola, Cadbury, Samsung Electronics and LOreal in Nigeria, Kenya and for Central West Africa. Seven years ago he founded and now runs Corporate Shepherds’ Ltd as a social enterprise to develop and enhance people and organizational capacity apart from mentoring a number of youths and executives. He would teach on Element 3: Develop the Marketing Approach.

Oladoyin Akinsuli B Engr. MSc

In a relatively short career, Doyin has acquired expertise in diverse areas of IT applications in modern business management practices – IT service and operations management, business change methodologies, business process reengineering, risk management etc. Doyin who is now the CEO of e-Strategy Innovation Technologies, will assist the Director of Studies (IEST) in resourcing tutorials for certificate aligned ICT courses and have specific responsibility for devising and evaluating relevant work experience with stated learning outcomes that are of value to target organizations for students proceeding on our internship program.

John Akin Komolafe BSc MBA

Founder and current Chairman/CEO of a 25+ year old indigenous IT infrastructure firm. He also sits on the Board of Bioni Worldwide Ltd an offshore engineering services and procurement company, Goldwaters Communication Ltd and Duce Energy an integrated power company. He has over 30 years experience in Telecoms and IT infrastructure build-out. As Director of Studies, Akin has overall responsibility for learning outcomes for ICT Employability Skills Training.

Otunba Ayobade Obajimi, NPOM.

Ayobade Obajimi retired from Lagos State Government as a Tutor General/Permanent Secretary in 2014. He was the Best Lagos State Schools Principal for 1997, 1998 and 1999, and also won the National Productivity Order of Merit (NPOM) in 2000 and ‘One of the five Most Committed Service Charter MDA Permanent Secretaries’ in Lagos State in 2014. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma and a Master’s in Education. Ayobade will teach Element 9: Business Ethics and Values.

Jimi Salami BSc MSc MBA

Jimi is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Analysts where he also an examiner and facilitates courses. He has 34 years of management experience in production and operations, quality control, supply chain and innovation at Sterling Health and GSK from where he was seconded to various factories in all continents except Australia. At GSK, Jimi was the first African to oversee West Africa manufacturing and supply organization as a separate business and profit center.
Jimi runs a medium sized integrated agriculture farm as an entrepreneur and would teach Element 4: Plan the Operations and Element 6: Create the Business Plan and Pitch.
